For Tesla owners. Open the link on your phone; the trial is accepted in the Tesla app. This is the site owner's referral link, and Tesla may reward the owner if you subscribe after your trial.

What you get

A one-month trial of Full Self-Driving (Supervised) on your Tesla. It can steer, accelerate, brake and navigate for you, but it stays supervised: you keep your eyes on the road and you're ready to take over at all times. It doesn't make the car autonomous.

Who qualifies

  • You own a registered Tesla vehicle.
  • You haven't paid for an FSD subscription in the last 12 months.
  • You've never purchased FSD outright.
  • Your car has FSD-compatible hardware.
  • If you got an FSD trial with a new car, at least 12 months have passed since that trial ended.

Just took delivery of a new Tesla with an FSD trial? You'll need to wait 12 months after that trial ends before a referral trial will work.

How to accept it

  1. Open the referral link on your phone. The trial can only be accepted in the Tesla app, so a computer will just show "Download Tesla App".
  2. Make sure the Tesla app is up to date.
  3. Let it open in the Tesla app. If it opens in your browser, touch and hold the link and tap "Open in Tesla".
  4. Accept the trial for your car.

What happens after the month?

The trial ends. If you liked it, you can subscribe from the Tesla app (currently $99/month). If you subscribe during the trial, Tesla rewards the owner who referred you with a free month of FSD or a Tesla credit.
